Providers must offer safe, structured academic support, enrichment, and social-emotional learning, meet Georgia licensing and staffing rules, and show they can serve diverse student needs affordably.
   

2. 3 New & Coming Soon Gwinnett County Restaurants (businessdebut.com) — New dining options are on the way in Gwinnett County, with Colombian cuisine, a brunch-focused cocktail bar, and Nashville-style fried seafood all targeting openings in Lawrenceville and Lilburn soon. They argue Georgia's pentobarbital-based protocol and secrecy rules may raise constitutional concerns, and say the Tennessee case could influence future death-penalty litigation across the South, including here.
