Berkmar, Collins Hill Win to Force All-Gwinnett Final in Boys Soccer

Both teams needed to win PK shootouts to advance in the Georgia High School Association tournament.

But it first took some extended play Wednesday night in the semifinals.

Berkmar made all seven of its PKs to beat East Coweta in Lilburn, out-shooting the visitors 7-6. The game was tied 2-2 after regulation and OT.

The two Gwinnett teams will play Saturday in the state final. Collins Hill will be playing in its sixth consecutive championship game.

Hebron Chrisitian beat First Presbyterian 5-1 to reach the Class A, according to a tweet from the Gwinnett Daily Post. Greater Atlanta Christian lost in PKs to Calhoun in Class AA.
