They are everywhere now. I LOVE it!Expo Home builders is at Alcovy Falls in Lawrenceville. They are throwing up new builds faster than we can say, 'Build a house for what?!'.
I just closed on 2 homes last week, both were around $120K. Why even bother trying to find the elusive home on the market when you can just Build it?
Then we have the more elegant homes. Tara, Crown and Pulte for example. As many new homes as I've sold, I should have one named after me!
My recent closing ... $230K got my buyer a 5/4, with media room, on a premium lot and chose all the finishes. It's a beautiful thing.
On a serious note ... Please Please Please understand that if you choose to build a home, you NEED a REALTOR. Me, of course! It doesn't cost you a thing and the expertise will insure that you receive all those $$$ that the builders' agent may not tell you about. The builder's agent represents the builder, not you.
