The man behind the wheel of a tractor trailer involved in a deadly car crash on Highway 316 had been arrested just one year ago in Gwinnett County. Latora Barrett of Columbia, S.C., was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide following Thursday's fatal car crash. Barrett was reportedly turning on to Hurricane Trail from 316 when a car driven by 68-year-old Anvir Karim of Dacula crashed and got wedged beneath Barrett's trailer.
