Gardening with Native Plants - Nov 9, 11AM - presented by Gwinnett Library
Gardening with Native Plants

One of the greatest things about gardening in Georgia is the sheer number of native plants that are found here. Georgia is one of the most botanically diverse states in the country with nearly 3,000 species of trees, shrubs, grass, flowers, and groundcovers. The potential for the use of native plants in the landscape is almost endless, and many of them are easy to grow and require minimal maintenance.
Join Gwinnett County Public Library and the Gwinnett County Extension Service on November 9 at 11:00am as Agent Timothy Daly discusses native plants and how to grow them in the home landscape. This free class will be held at the Dacula Library at 265 Dacula Rd, Dacula, GA 30019. To register, contact the library at events@gwinnettpl.org.
