Gwinnett County Public Library Presents Pulitzer Prize Winner Isabel Wilkerson - April 2 at 2PM
GCPL Welcomes Isabel Wilkerson - April 2 at 2PM

Georgia Gwinnett College and Gwinnett Library present National Book Critics Circle Award and Pulitzer Prize Winner Isabel Wilkerson on April 2nd at 2pm.
Isabel Wilkerson won the 1994 Pulitzer Prize for Feature Writing for her reporting as Chicago bureau chief of The New York Times. The award made her the first black woman in the history of American journalism to win a Pulitzer Prize and the first African American to win for individual reporting.
Wilkerson will discuss and sign her award winning book: Warmth of Other Suns - The Epic Story of America’s Great Migration. The event will be held at Georgia Gwinnett College, Student Center- LVIS Room, 1000 University Center Lane, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. The event is free and open to the public.
