Gwinnett Village CID to Host Bike/Ped Open House
Staff and engineers will be available to discuss mobility with bicycles and pedestrians.

The Gwinnett Village CID is hosting an open house Thursday to discuss options for enhancing sidewalk, bicycle and pedestrian connectivity on the Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Indian Trail Boulevard corridors.
The CID is looking to find what types of projects would benefit the area, how people travel in the community, what would make alternative modes of transportion safer and more enjoyable.
"Traditionally, the corridors have been designated for automobile related uses, thus lacking adequate pedestrian facilities, streetscaping and overall elements necessary to transform the corridor into a ‘complete street’ (providing mobility for all users)," according to the Gwinnett Village website.
