Howl on the Green Halloween Event on Duluth Town Green 10/31/14 6-11 pm
Join Duluth on the last day of Food Truck Friday on Duluth Town Green for Howl on the Green! The FREE event kicks off at 6pm with kids activities till 8pm. There will be a costume contest from 8-9pm.
