Jody and Barry Sanders Are New Owners of RE/MAX Advanced in Gainesville

After 46 years of marriage, the husband and wife real estate team of Jody and Barry Sanders decided that the time was right to purchase RE/MAX Advanced in Gainesville, the office where both spouses have been working for the past 11 years. Their independently owned agency includes 17 additional professional real estate agents.

“It was an easy choice for us to purchase RE/MAX Advanced. This has been our base for a while - and it’s home,” says Jody Sanders, Managing Broker and Co-owner, who has more than 16 years of experience in the residential real estate industry. Her husband and Co-owner Barry Sanders has been serving both commercial and residential real estate clients since 2003.

Mrs. Sanders is president of the local Red Bud project, an organization founded as a “Model for Conservation of Green Space.” In addition, she plays the French Horn, enjoys swimming and tennis and serves as a member of P.E.O. Mr. Sanders enjoys his weekly bowling games and is an avid sports memorabilia collector.
