Michigan-Based Company Acquires Buford Wendy's Restaurant

Michigan-based Meritage Hospitality Group Inc. (OTCQX: MHGU), a national restaurant operator, has added a Buford fast food restaurant to its holdings.

On March 8, Meritage announced the acquisition of its 112th Wendy's restaurant in Buford, Ga.
