Kolter Homes has released a new phase at Cresswind at Twin Lakes, introducing 56 additional homesites as demand continues to reduce available inventory in the established 55-plus master-planned community. With approximately 75 homes currently under construction and fewer than 450 homesites remaining, the community continues to experience steady buyer activity as it moves toward its planned 1,300-home buildout.

The latest release is defined by its mix of cul-de-sac and natural preserve homesites, offering a limited opportunity for enhanced privacy and scenic surroundings within a fully developed community setting. These homesites are positioned along the community’s network of walking trails, reinforcing both lifestyle appeal and connectivity.

Included in this phase are opportunities within the Clearwater collection, which features the Rosewood and Spruce floor plans. The Rosewood plan is priced from $559,990 and offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-car garage plus an additional one-car garage and approximately 2,600 square feet of living space. The Spruce plan is priced from $562,990 and includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage and 2,815 square feet of living space.

“This phase reflects the continued interest in Cresswind at Twin Lakes, particularly for homesites with privacy and natural views,” said Jennifer Landers, community director at Cresswind at Twin Lakes. “These opportunities are limited, and buyers are moving quickly to secure them within an established and highly active community.”

Life at Cresswind at Twin Lakes is centered on connection, activity and resort-style amenities. Club Cresswind overlooks 50 acres of lakes and includes an indoor pool, arts and crafts studio, and the SmartFIT Training Center powered by EGYM. Outdoor recreation is anchored by the community’s pickleball complex, which features 33 courts along with four tennis courts and the Eagle’s Nest pavilion.

Additional amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, walking trails, a community garden and more than 50 resident-led clubs. Award-winning Lifestyle Director Chelsea Cabasal oversees a full calendar of programming, including concerts, themed events, trivia nights and other social gatherings designed to engage residents year-round.
