This is an invitation to farmers, consumers, chefs and all those interested in a healthy future for sustainable meat.
The day will be filled with seminars & fun for all - with some great folks from the farming and food community - White Oak Pastures, Farm Burger, Whole Foods Market and many more…There will be coffee and pastries at registration, lunch & dinner will be provided, and we can kick-back in the evening with a local bluegrass band.
