That new City Hall building going up in Sugar Hill is all but done, and it will have a formal dedication soon. The city has scheduled grand opening ceremonies for Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, from 1-4 p.m., according to a city newsletter. The event will showcase the new building, as well as an amenity pond and an amphitheater behind City Hall, where concerts and events will be held.
