A Suwanee restaurant has received an "unsatisfactory" rating in a recent inspection from the <a href="http://www.gnrhealth.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">East Metro Health District</a>, which serves Gwinnett County. Wasabi &amp; Sushi at 1291 Old Peachtree Road received a score of 36 in an routine inspection on Oct. 9, according to documents. It had never scored below the 80s in previous inspections. More than a dozen new violations were cited, including paper towels being used to wrap fish, a bowl of rice in water being stored on the floor under a work table, and the walls and floor behind and underneath the cook station "are not clean."
