Tickets Available for Georgia United Credit Union Executive Women's Day
Carter's SVP & CIO Janet Sherlock to keynote women's business event during Greater Gwinnett Championship
The Greater Gwinnett Championship Presented by Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating, an official event on the PGA TOUR’s Champions Tour, invites you to be a part of Georgia United Credit Union Executive Women’s Day, taking place on Monday, April 13, 2015. The day includes a speaker panel and lunch with keynote speaker at Gwinnett Center, followed by a behind the scenes tour and wine down networking event at TPC Sugarloaf with female business leaders in the metro-Atlanta area.
Janet Sherlock, senior vice president and chief information officer of Carter’s, will serve as keynote speaker.

Under Sherlock’s leadership, Carter’s has become the market leader of baby and children’s apparel under the Carter’s and OshKosh B’Gosh brand names. Prior to joining Carter’s, Janet was a Research Director for AMR Research, now a division of Gartner Research. Janet held CIO roles and senior leadership positions in various companies including: Calico Corners, Guess?, Inc., ARCO am/pm© stores, and Mobil Oil and holds a B.S. in Business Logistics from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Marymount University. Sherlock has twin daughters and speaks often about maintaining a work-life-balance.
Georgia United Credit Union Executive Women’s Day will also include a Power Broker’s Panel sponsored by Spa Sydell with Atlanta female business leaders.

President and CEO of Georgia United Credit Union, Debbie Smith, will serve as the moderator of the day’s events. Speakers for the Power Broker’s Panel include: Karole F. Lloyd, Vice Chair, Southeast Regional Managing Partner, EY; Helene G. Lollis, President of Pathbuilders; Pamela Stewart, Vice President, East Region Sales Foodservice & On Premise for Coca-Cola Refreshments; and Lorrie Thomas Ross, CEO of Web Marketing Therapy, Inc..

The Greater Gwinnett Championship Presented by Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating is an official event on the PGA TOUR’s Champions Tour. This 54-hole stroke play golf tournament features 81 Champions Tour professionals competing for a $1.8 million purse at the prestigious TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, GA. The 2015 event will be played April 13-19 with all three official rounds nationally televised on the Golf Channel. Recipients of this year’s event are Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation.
