• Fulton County issues property tax bills amid digest delay (appenmedia.com) — Fulton County has mailed temporary 2026 property tax bills using last year's millage rates while the final tax digest is delayed, and Johns Creek's tentative rate is set at 3.492 mills. Residents outside Atlanta must pay by Oct. 15, with possible refunds or revised bills once final rates are approved, and interest and penalties accruing on late payments.
