KENNESAW, GA — Authorities are investigating a police shooting Wednesday afternoon near Town Center Mall, Cobb County Police said.
The shooting occurred in the 400 block of Ernest Barrett Parkway. Police did not say if anyone suffered injuries.
People were asked to avoid the area and locate alternate routes due to the investigation. Police said a large law-enforcement presence was in the area.
