• COVID-19 and International Travel (kennesaw.edu) — Kennesaw State University is updating its international travelers on evolving COVID-19 risks and urging anyone planning trips abroad to follow CDC and WHO guidance closely. The university highlights higher risks for older or medically vulnerable travelers, recommends pre-trip health consultations, and promises to post any new travel advisories or restrictions on its Office of International Safety & Security website.
• Perceived stress and salivary biomarkers in educators: comparison among three stress reduction activities (kennesaw.edu) — Researchers at Kennesaw State University studied how a single session of meditation, yoga, or aerobic exercise affected stress levels in university and K‑12 educators. They found meditation and yoga lowered stress hormones more than aerobic exercise, though the paper has since been withdrawn and the authors call for more workplace-focused research.
