Since opening its headquarters in historic downtown Buford, the brokerage has welcomed 14 experienced real estate agents, partnered with five homebuilders and amassed more than $47 million in listing volume across residential, new construction and land opportunities.

The company's growing builder roster includes KLM Custom Homes, MSA Custom Homes, SV Homes, Phenom Build and another builder relationship that will be announced soon.

The relationships with KLM Custom Homes, MSA Custom Homes and SV Homes bring a substantial pipeline of new construction opportunities to Foundation Partners Realty across North Georgia. The builders currently have homes available in Sterling on the Lake and Traditions of Braselton, represented by Foundation Partners Realty agent Derece Williams.

Phenom Homes further expands Foundation Partners Realty's new construction presence with homes in the Lake Oconee area and Traditions of Braselton, represented by Foundation Partners Realty agent Shane Myer.

"We've been intentional about every relationship we've built since day one," said Michelle Hewell, owner and broker of Foundation Partners Realty. "Our goal was never to become the biggest brokerage overnight. It was to build the right team, align ourselves with quality builders and create a company known for expertise, collaboration and exceptional service. These first 90 days tell us we're on the right path."

Unlike traditional brokerages, Foundation Partners Realty combines residential resale, new construction, builder partnerships and land expertise through its strategic relationship with Atlas Group. Together, the companies provide a seamless connection between land acquisition, development strategy and community sales, creating value for builders, developers, buyers and sellers alike.

"The industry has responded because we're solving problems from multiple angles," said Cameron Henderson, founder and CEO of Atlas Group and partner at Foundation Partners Realty. "Builders need more than someone to sell homes. They need access to land, development expertise and a sales team that understands new construction. By bringing those services together, we're creating opportunities that simply don't exist in a traditional brokerage model."
