Officials say animal rabies activity and human exposures are rising nationwide, and they recommend eliminating outdoor feeding stations and securing trash to reduce risks locally.
4. Jurors saw video of the Norcross hotel parking lot shooting and heard testimony that the victim was unarmed, as officials stressed the severe consequences of gun violence in Gwinnett County communities.
