• Man learns his fate after pleading guilty in 2023 case where 2 teens died of fentanyl overdoses (11alive.com) — A Lawrenceville man has been sentenced to 40 years, with 35 to serve, for supplying fentanyl-laced pills that killed two Norcross teens in 2023. Gwinnett County prosecutors say he led the drug operation and pleaded guilty to RICO, involuntary manslaughter, and other charges, underscoring ongoing local concerns about fentanyl's deadly impact.

The six-game series at Gwinnett Field continues tonight at 7:05 p.m., giving local fans another chance to see the Stripers try to bounce back.
