Families looking for a new home in Barrow County will get their first look inside Austin Springs this month. The model home at 109 Barton Springs Road opens to the public on Saturday, Oct. 24.
Austin Springs, built by UnionMain Homes, is a 43-home single-family neighborhood in Bethlehem. Buyers can choose from nine floor plans ranging from 2,131 to 3,625 square feet. Homes are priced from the mid-$400s. Shoppers can browse available homes and floor plans across Georgia with UnionMain's home finder.
The model showcases the Warren plan. It has a large covered front porch, a downstairs guest bedroom, a flex space and a pocket office, with four bedrooms and a game room upstairs.
"Austin Springs gives buyers what is getting harder to find around Atlanta: a brand-new home in a small-town setting, without giving up an easy drive to work," said Brandie Gehan, Vice President of Sales at UnionMain Homes. "The model lets families stop imagining and actually walk through the home they could be living in."
The neighborhood sits along the Highway 316 corridor, with easy access to Lawrenceville, Athens and metro Atlanta. Students attend Barrow County Schools.
Visitors can tour the model, meet the Austin Springs sales team, talk with a preferred lender about financing, and ask about limited-time grand opening pricing. Walk-ins are welcome.
Model hours:
Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Sunday, noon–6 p.m.
Local real estate agents are invited to a private preview on Thursday, Oct. 29. Details on the November grand opening celebration will be shared in early November.
