14-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted At Cobb School: Police
A teen is charged with aggravated sexual battery, child molestation and enticing a child in the high school incident from Thursday.

MARIETTA, GA — A Cobb County teen has been accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl at a local high school.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Curtis Patrick Bell, 17, is charged with felony aggravated sexual battery and misdemeanor child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. The incident happened at South Cobb High School.
In an incident report, a Cobb County schools police officer wrote that the attacked happened at about 9:30 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, Curtis is accused of grabbing the girl's arm in a hallway and pulling her into a copier room. There, he pushed her against a wall and sexually attacked her, according to the warrant.

According to Cobb County Jail records, Bell was arrested at about 8:15 p.m. Thursday and booked into the jail shortly afterward. He was freed early Friday on a $25,000 bond.

Cobb County school officials were not immediately reachable for comment on Monday, which was the system's first day of spring break.
