Citizen Response To Active Shooter Training
In light of the horrific mass shooting in Las Vegas, police around the country are running active shooter training for citizens.

COBB COUNTY, GA — The Cobb Police Department is hosting active shooter training courses this week, in response to the tragic mass shooting that took place in Las Vegas earlier this October.
The Citizen Response to Active Shooter Events courses are being held around the country as trained officers teach citizens the best practices for dealing with such a frightening and potentially deadly incident.
Active shooter presentations will be held, and a formal hour-and-a-half discussion will give citizens the basics of dealing with an active shooter. Questions will be taken as well.
