Cobb Police Investigating Marietta Shooting
One victim has been taken to the hospital for treatment for injuries sustained in the incident.
Cobb County police are at a hotel off of Austell Road investigating a shooting which sent a man to the hospital on Wednesday evening.
According to Officer Mike Bowman, a man was shot at the Lorene Lodge on Lorene Drive in Marietta. Several suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction and police are attempting to locate them.
The shooting victim has been transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
