Trooper Shot in Cobb Police Chase on I-75
A Georgia State trooper was shot late Wednesday afternoon after a police chase ended in Cobb County.
The Georgia Department of Public Safety has also confirmed that the suspect was shot. WSB-TV is reporting that the officer is alert, and the trooper’s parents are en route to the hospital. >>>read more.

Son Stabs Father Following Argument Over Dirty House
A 46-year-old Bartow County resident was transported to the hospital Tuesday evening after an altercation with a family left him with a stab wound to the abdomen.
According to an incident report released by the Bartow sheriff’s office, the victim told deputies that he and his son were arguing ”in reference to helping around the house because dishes were dirty and the house was a mess.” >>>read more.
