Two Weekend Marietta Robberies Have Similar Suspect Descriptions

MARIETTA, GA — Two robberies in Marietta on Saturday were robbed by a suspect matching similar descriptions.

According to police, the first robbery happened around 3:15 pm at Noble Hair & Beauty Supply on Powder Springs Road. Employees told police that a light-skinned black man with a thin build entered the business and stole an unknown amount of cash from the register before fleeing on foot.

He was wearing a gray hoodie with with white drawstrings, black jeans and black and white shoes.

Around 10:40 pm, the GameStop on Dallas Highway in Marietta was robbed. Employees told police that a man armed with an assault rifle entered the store and took an unknown amount of cash before fleeing on foot.

The description given to police is also of a light-skinned black male, also with a thin build. He was last seen wearing dark pants, a light gray sweatshirt with red lettering on the chest, and black stripes on the sleeves, and a black hooded shirt which covered his head.
