Marietta Police Arrest 'Dangerous' Drug Dealer
Marietta Police have arrested a person they identify as a "dangerous drug dealer," following a year-long investigation into drug trafficking

MARIETTA, GA – Marietta Police have arrested a person they identify as a "dangerous drug dealer," following a year-long investigation into drug trafficking in the metro-Atlanta area.
Deontrez Smart, 33, was arrested on April 15 at his home in Marietta.
Investigators found 2.5 pounds of marijuana, 104 Oxycodone pills, 7 MDMA pills, 104 grams of crack cocaine, 20 grams of heroin and two stolen hand guns inside the home, according to a Marietta Police Department news release. They also found items used to cook, cut, package and distribute heroin and crack cocaine.

Smart is being held at the Cobb County jail without bond on multiple felony charges.
