Suspect Arrested in String of Marietta Robberies
The suspect is in custody at the Cobb juvenile detention center.

MARIETTA, GA -- Police have arrested a male juvenile wanted in connection to three robberies last week.
The arrest came on Friday, according to a police statement.
The robberies took place on March 15 and 17, on Powder Springs Road. Police say the suspect entered a McDonalds displaying a handgun and fleeing the scene with a bag of money from the store.

Two days later, police say he robbed both the Royal Nails Salon at 1159 Powder Springs Street and later in the day robbed a nearby Dollar General. He fled on foot from all three robberies.
Police say they identified a person of interest and, when the suspect was interviewed, he confessed to all three robberies.
