86-Year-Old Atlanta Woman Wins $250,000 Lottery Jackpot

An 86-year-old Atlanta woman should be set for life after winning $250,000 from a Georgia Lottery holiday-themed scratch off ticket.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Gertrude Ogletree purchased the winning Giant Jingle Bucks ticket from the Riverside Chevron at 2020 Bolton Rd. near Georgia Power’s Plant McDonough. Ogletree claimed her prize this week but did not want her photograph taken.
