Arrest Made After Midtown Police Chase
After making an improper U-turn, the man led police on a chase that ended after he crashed into a car with a mom and her young child.
ATLANTA, GA -- A 24-year-old man is in jail after attempting to elude police during a traffic stop.
Police were trying to pull the man over for making a U-turn, reports WSB-TV. The man sped off and eventually lost control of his car, crashing into a parked car with a mother and young child inside.
Police arrested the man after a foot chase near 6th Street and Glendale Terrace.
The mother and child were not hurt, but the suspect was injured after the crash and was taken to a local hospital.
