Arrest Made in North Avenue MARTA Station Stabbing

Atlanta police have a man in custody following a stabbing at the North Avenue MARTA Station on Wednesday morning, WSB-TV reports.

At approximately 4:50 a.m., two men at the station were arguing when one of the men pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed the other man in the abdomen. The alleged stabber fled the scene, but was quickly apprehended by Atlanta police.

The victim was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital with non life-threatening injuries and is expected to survive the attack.
