Atlanta Church Van Flips on Florida Highway

An Atlanta church pastor is flying to Florida to tend to his flock after over a dozen church members were injured when their bus flipped over during a mission trip, WSB-TV says.

19 members of Vincent Jones’ Atlanta Restoration Ministries were injured when a tire on the van blew, causing the vehicle to flip on the Florida Turnpike, WSB-TV says. Four church members are still hospitalized.

Jones told WSB-TV that he hopes the incident will not dissuade church members from continuing their mission trips to help drug addicts.
