Atlanta Lawmaker Wants to Protect People Who Rescue Dogs From Hot Cars
Margaret Kaiser says people who try to save dogs left in hot cars should be protected the same as those who rescue people.

ATLANTA, GA -- State Rep. Margaret Kaiser (D-Atlanta) has introduced a bill in the General Assembly giving immunity to people who break car windows to rescue dogs either trapped or left behind by the owners in hot cars.
Kaiser says the same immunity should be given to those who rescue dogs as those who rescue people from the same situation, reports 11 Alive.
