Atlanta Police Continue Search for Midtown Bank Robbery Suspect

Atlanta police are searching for a man they suspect of robbing a bank in Midtown last week.

Police spokesman Greg Lyon said that the man allegedly walked into the SunTrust at740 W. Peachtree St. just before noon on Wednesday and presented the teller with a demand note. After he left the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash, he changed clothes in some nearby bushes to complete his escape.
