Atlanta Police Officer on Leave for Alcohol Incident Arrested for DUI
Officer Adam Lee was pulled over in Midtown after being observed by a Georgia State Patrol officer driving at speeds over 100 mph.

A member of the Atlanta Police Department who was on leave for allegedly showing up drunk to the firing range was pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence in Midtown over the weekend.
According to WSB-TV, a Georgia State Patrol officer spotted a car driven by Officer Adam Lee speeding down Interstate 85 near 17th Street at speeds in excess of 100 mph on Saturday. When Lee was pulled over, he was given a breath test and allegedly blew a 0.186, twice the legal limit.
Lee allegedly asked the officer if he would turn off the patrol car’s dash camera, a request the officer refused. The officer then noticed Lee was wearing an Atlanta Police Department ID card. Lee told the officer he was on suspension for allegedly drinking on the job. He was arrested without incident.
