Atlanta SWAT Raid Nets Drugs, Guns
Six people were arrested during the course of the Thursday raid, Atlanta police said.
Atlanta police SWAT teams executed a raid on a home on Jonesboro Road on Thursday that uncovered drugs and illegal firearms, WSB-TV reports.
According to the station, six people were arrested at the home, where a man had recently been shot in the face. One of the men taken into custody by police was wanted in Cleveland, police told WSB-TV.
SWAT teams discovered pistol ammunition, a pump-action shotgun with a pistol grip, and several different kinds of narcotics in the home.
