The Atlanta Technical College Continuing Education Department will offer a real estate pre-licensing program this summer to help Georgians prepare for the Georgia Real Estate Exam. Offered every Monday and Wednesday from June 23 – September 17, the course will cover basic real estate principles, state property laws, financing and contracts, listing and selling, fair housing practices and property management. The cost of the program is $696 which includes the application, compass testing, course, insurance and book fees.
