The Atlanta Women's Foundation Hosts "Women on Board" Level 1 Workshop This Spring
The Atlanta Women's Foundation "Women on Board" leadership development workshops teach women to be effective leaders on nonprofit boards

Are you interested in joining a nonprofit board or learning to be a more effective board member? Join The Atlanta Women’s Foundation for the 2016 spring session of Women on Board, a women’s leadership development program focused on developing skills of current and potential board leaders.
The Women on Board program offers a series of trainings and connects women with local organizations seeking talented and knowledgeable board members. To date, Women on Board has trained over 2,000 women in nonprofit board management and connected hundreds of these women with boards throughout metro Atlanta.
Level One: Introduction to Nonprofit Boards
This workshop will provide an introduction to the basics of nonprofit board governance, roles and responsibilities of board members, and how to find a board that is right for you.The Level One fee is $150.
