Shots Fired in Midtown Robbery, Girl Injured: Report
The suspect was not able to get away with anything.

An alleged robber fired shots during an attempted robbery at a Midtown apartment complex Saturday night, Fox Atlanta reports.
The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. at the 77th 12th Street apartment complex.
Police said the victim was approached from behind and the suspect opened fire when the victim tried to fight back. The suspect missed but shattered glass panels of the apartment’s front doors.

“When the glass broke, a family was coming through the lobby or coming through the door (and) some of the glass fell on a young toddler,” Atlanta police Capt. Steed told the AJC.
Police are looking for a black male who fled the scene in a silver four door car, FOX reports. The suspect was not able to get away with anything.
