Guests in this class will learn how to prepare dishes with insider tips, including how to clean ribs, select smoking temperatures and times, and choose the right wood selection. Matt will demonstrate how to prepare D.B.A.’s famous Grilled Texas Cream Corn, Brisket Chili, Corn Cheese Muffins and BBQ Rub. He will also make a sweet sauce, mustard sauce and vinegar sauce for smoked chicken.
Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National Distributors and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. All proceeds benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
