Bootcamp!

Vibe Ride is taking its workout to Piedmont Park with a bootcamp! Saturdays 8 and 9:15am.

Our high-energy, bootcamp will use your own body weight to provide an effective full-body workout that integrates cardio with strength training. You will do a combination of exercises that are designed to sculpt and tone all parts of your body. You may meet at Vibe Ride at the time indicated to jog over as a group to Piedmont Park. Alternatively, you may meet us on the big hill in the park, which is across from Grady High School on 10th St. You may meet at the hill 15 minutes after the start time.
