Burglars Re-Target Atlanta Window Treatment Business

The first robbery occurred on Aug. 1, and the store was robbed again on the morning of Aug. 22.

A northwest Atlanta window treatment store has become the favorite target of robbers, as the facility has been struck for the second time in the month of August.

According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, robbers threw a brick through the window of The Shade Store on Howell Mill Road on Aug. 1 and stole laptops and other electronics. The crooks left the area in two cars, a white Jeep Cherokee and a black Honda Accord.

The Shade Store was hit again before 5 a.m. on Aug. 22, reports WSB-TV. A 911 caller informed police that three men had broken the windows to the store and made off with several items. This time, the getaway car was a green Dodge Magnum.
