Burr & Forman, LLP announces the addition of Atlanta-based associate C. Reid Barrineau to the firm's Corporate & Tax practice.

Atlanta, June 17, 2016 Burr & Forman, LLP announces the addition of Atlanta-based associate C. Reid Barrineau to the firm’s Corporate & Tax practice. Barrineau works with individuals on a wide range of matters related to taxation, estate planning and administration, and business formation and planning. He also assists individuals with asset protection and advises fiduciaries on matters related to trust and estate administration.

Barrineau’s practice also includes counseling business on matters related to formation, transaction planning, and federal and state taxation. Additionally, he assists nonprofit organizations with applications for tax-exempt status and advises them regarding various compliance matters.

Barrineau earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech, his law degree from the University of Mississippi and his master of laws in taxation from the University of Florida. He is licensed in Florida, Alabama and Georgia, and admitted to the United States Tax Court.
