Celebrate National Steakhouse Month at STK Atlanta

In honor of National Steakhouse Month this June, STK Atlanta is launching a new seasonal menu featuring an array of new starters, entrées and cocktails perfect for summer that also compliment STK’s signature, year-round favorites. Steak lovers can also sink their teeth into a special 8 oz. prime ribeye cap throughout June to celebrate National Steakhouse Month. Considered one of the richest cuts of steak available, this prized rare cut is beefy, buttery, tender and paired with savory green garlic butter and pickled mushrooms for $46.

Ideal for the hot, sultry Atlanta nights, STK Atlanta’s new seasonal libations include: Summertime Fling - Brugal rum, rosé wine, St. Germain, cranberry, topped with bubbles; Passion Pit - Stoli, toasted coconut and passion fruit syrup, ginger beer, mint; Secret Affair - Purity vodka, lime, red chili pepper, watermelon, tajín rim; Prowler - Woodford Reserve, Cointreau Noir, red pear simple syrup, fresh lemon, peach bitters; and Gatsby - Hendricks gin, Ketel Citroen, fresh lemon, basil, lemon bitters.

New seasonal menu offerings available only at the Atlanta location through the fall are also sure to delight. Sharable starters featuring fresh, simple ingredients include: Long Bean Salad with prosciutto, corn bread, quail egg and a creamy shallot dressing; Seared Sea Scallop “BLT” with candied bacon, charred romaine and fried green tomatoes; and Crispy Rock Shrimp with chili remoulade. Full, summer entrées now available include: Roasted Game Hen with Peruvian corn, crushed heirloom tomatoes and grilled spring onion; Roasted Rack of Lamb with spring peas, wild mushrooms, white asparagus and lamb jus; Yellowfin Tuna with torn pasta, mushroom cream, fava beans and truffle jus; Carolina Brook Trout with green garlic risotto and preserved lemon; and Cobia served with olive oil smashed potatoes, spicy lobster bisque and an herb salad.  To view the full menu, visit www.stkhouse.com.
