Chick-fil-A Top of the (Fast) Food Chain

It may be fast food, but consumers who flock to these burger, chicken and taco chains across the country are discerning over what paper-wrapped foods they take away from the drive-thru.

For the third year, Restaurant Business ranked consumers’ favorite chains, compiled with exclusive data from market researcher Technomic (owned by Restaurant Business’ parent company, Winsight) to reveal “which brands are doing it right.”

“Sales figures don’t necessarily translate to fondness in consumers’ minds, which is why you won’t see McDonald’s, Subway or Starbucks on the list,” said Restaurant Business. ”When it comes to capturing guests’ hearts, smaller and regional players may hold the secret.”

The Top 5 consumer picks for Consumers’ Favorite Chains 2016 are:

• Firehouse Subs
• Papa Murphy’s
• McAlister’s Deli
• Seasons 52

Chick-fil-A has numerous locations throughout the metro area, including Midtown, Buckhead, Chamblee, Dunwoody, North Druid Hills, Virginia Highland, Cascade, Smyrna, Marietta and elsewhere throughout DeKalb and Cobb counties, and the city of Atlanta.
