LifeLine’s Fulton County Animal Services Pets of the Week: Bertha, Lil Mama, Shasta, Delilah and Mercy
This week, I have five great pets to tell you about, and all of them qualify for our FREE adoption promotion, where all pets weighing 25 lbs. or more may be adopted for FREE! This great deal also includes the pet’s spay/neuter, microchip and vaccines. Don’t worry, all potential adopters will be screened.
First we have big, beautiful Bertha (pictured wearing a pink scarf). This gentle giant just melts into your arms for cuddling and has tons of love to give the lucky person who adopts her. Bertha is smart and knows basic commands too. When we got Bertha, she was being used as a breeding machine, but those days are over, and she is spayed now. Come meet Betha today!
Next is a six-month-old Shepherd mix named Lil Mama. This cute puppy is very playful, but also very gentle. She is sweet, loves kids, listens well and would make a great first pet for a new dog owner. Lil Mama can’t wait to meet you!
Third, is a little, precious Chihuahua mix named Shasta. This poor little two-year-old girl is very frightened being here at the shelter. She is shy, but comes out of her shell after some loving. Stop by and meet Shasta at the shelter. She is waiting for you to come see her today!
If you’re more partial to cats, then meet our fourth Pet of the Week, Delilah. This black and white beauty is two year’s old and has long, soft fur. Delilah is very playful and entertains herself for hours with toys. Come meet this lovely girl in the shelter’s cat colony room!
Last, but certainly not least, is a four-month-old kitten named Mercy. This playful little guy loves to play hide and seek with his friends, sit on laps and purr and chase things around the cat colony room. Come play with this kitten today!
All of the animals listed above are already spayed or neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, so they can leave the shelter with you today! And all of the dogs listed above qualify for FREE adoption. To meet Bertha, Lil Mama, Shasta, Delilah or Mercy, please drop by the shelter, email adoptions@fultonanimalservices.com or call 404-613-0357. To view dogs or cats available for adoption, please visit the shelter at 860 Marietta Blvd NW, Atlanta, 30318 or go to www.fultonanimalservices.com/adopt.
