Cypress Street Pint and Plate to Host 8th Annual End of Summer Pig Roast this August

Cypress Street Pint and Plate will host its eighth annual end of summer pig roast on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on its expansive patio. While the main attraction will once again be a 100lb succulent, whole hog that the Cypress team smokes overnight, partygoers are also invited to enjoy an array of ice-cold SweetWater brews from the SweetWater Beer truck, King of Pops popsicles, live music from Stevie Q & The Sandels and much more. Hungry attendees have the option of purchasing individual plates of pork with the fixings and homemade sides or ordering off of the traditional Cypress menu. General admission is free; however, VIP pre-sale tickets are on sale now and available for $25. Available for purchase through midnight Saturday, August 22, the VIP ticket grants partygoers a limited edition Cypress Street Pig Roast T-Shirt designed by Esperanza; one SweetWater beer; one specialty King of Pops popsicle; and a limited edition Pig Roast artwork from local Atlanta artist Chris Neuenschwander of Noosh Studios.
