Dogs Rescued from Mississippi Puppy Mill Up for Adoption at Atlanta Humane Society
The dogs will be posted for adoption on the Midtown-area shelter's website once they are cleared for adoption by medical staff.

The final group of 130 dogs rescued from a Mississippi puppy mill late last month will be available for adoption from the Atlanta Humane Society as soon as today.
According to the society’s Facebook page, the last eight dogs will be available for adoption as soon as they are medically cleared by veterinarians. Adoptions will be first-come-first served, unlike previous adoption events strictly for the puppy mill rescues, the society says.
Please check the Atlanta Humane Society’s adoptions section on its website to see when the puppy mill dogs become available. Visiting hours for the shelter begin at noon on Monday-Friday and at 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
