Downtown Connector Resurfacing Continues This Week
Here's what you need to know about driving on Atlanta interstates this week.

ATLANTA, GA — The downtown connector resurfacing project continues this week.
The work will take place nightly from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. except on the weekends when work will continue until 8 a.m. During resurfacing, the entire ramp may close nightly from midnight until 5 a.m. However, Brookwood and I-20 interchanges will not have complete ramp closures Emergency vehicles will be allowed access to the ramps. Exact dates may change due to weather or other factors.

- Monday, August 1 at 9 p.m., – Tuesday, August 2 at 5 a.m.: I-75/I-85 northbound exit ramp to Fulton St., Central Avenue, GA State University (Exit # 246)
- Tuesday, August 2 at 9 p.m. – Wednesday, August 3 at 5 a.m.: I-75/I-85 northbound exit ramp to Auburn\J W Dobbs\Edgewood Avenue (Exit # 248 B)
- Wednesday, August 3 at 9 p.m. – Thursday, August 4 at 5 a.m.: I-75/I-85 northbound exit ramp to Andrew Young International Boulevard, Freedom Parkway, Carter Center (Exit # 248 C)
- Thursday, August 4 at 9 p.m. – Friday, August 5 at 5 a.m.: Northbound entrance ramp from Irwin Street underpass
- Friday, August 5 at 9 p.m. – Saturday, August 6 at 8 a.m.: I-75/I-85 northbound exit ramp 249 B to Pine Street, Peachtree Street, Civic Center (Exit # 249 B)
- Sunday, August 7 at 9 p.m. – Monday, August 8 at 5 a.m.: I-75/I-85 northbound exit ramp to Spring Street, W Peachtree St (Exit # 249 D)
